ITILITE - Senior Associate - Founder's Team - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/ISB/FMS/CA

The Role :

- This is a very cross-functional, ambiguous and high impact role and involves working very closely with the founders.

- This role is NOT for you if you are looking for building depth in a specific topic or area in the short term.

- This role is for you if you want exposure to broad-based, cross-functional problem solving with ability to deal with ambiguity.

You'll be expected to :

- Get stuff done !! Typical, in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.

- Lead a cross-functional control tower, identify areas of focus and problem solve across variety of topics.

- Work on cross-functional strategic projects

- Be comfortable working across functions (strategy, product, operations, marketing, analytics) and coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders

- Provide actionable insights and ad-hoc analyses to leadership to influence strategy, product and growth

We want you, if you have :

- Engineering or MBA degree from a tier 1 institute or CA

- Previous experience in a startup is a BIG plus

- Basic understanding of financial statements and metrics - income statement, cash flow statement, Gross Margin, Fixed costs, CAC

- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with incomplete information

- Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas and problems in a simple and concise way

Location : Bangalore

Compensation : 13-25 Lacs per annum (depending on fit for the role and relevant experience)
