Role Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Field Marketer to drive its mission of becoming a top global provider in travel and expense management software. Focusing on the dynamic SaaS sector in the US market, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing ITILITE's offline brand presence and cultivating meaningful connections with prospective and existing clients.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for creating engaging in-person events and campaigns that elevate brand awareness, generate leads, and foster customer loyalty. As part of ITILITE's growth journey in the tech world's fastest-rising sector, you'll bring your expertise in field marketing to craft impactful experiences that set ITILITE apart in a competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a U.S.-focused field marketing plan that covers the entire process, from finding potential leads to closing sales.
- Plan and create U.S.-specific events, such as sponsorships, meet-and-greets, mixers, and dinner gatherings.
- Organize and host online and in-person events to generate new leads, move current prospects closer to closing, and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Design and launch targeted campaigns using email, direct mail, and other effective channels based on your insights.
- Research the U.S. market to find relevant marketing events that align with Itilite's ideal customer profile.
- Identify partnership opportunities with brands outside our industry but with similar customer bases.
- Regularly coordinate with senior management for planning, feedback, and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with other marketing teams to increase efficiency and speed in the field marketing funnel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Proven experience in field marketing in the US market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
