Lead Consultant – Loyalty Consulting

Compensation : 16-19 Lpa

We are looking at an individual with approximately 8-10 years of experience in marketing / consumer loyalty space. Someone who would have designed / driven consumer loyalty programs as part of the core team. We are also open to looking at professionals from the consulting firms, specializing in consumer loyalty space. Key focus areas are as follows.

Key industry focus : Travel / Hospitality / Financial services

- Designing & configuring consumer loyalty programs

- Idea about loyalty currency and their valuation

- Clear idea about loyalty currency breakage

- Revenue / liability recognition as per IFRIC-13

- Customer segmentation

- Promotion / campaign design

- Loyalty analytics

- Some idea about loyalty platform (Siebel or some other leading platform)

This is a high impact and high visibility role. The role would require the candidate to be able to travel to international locations on short notices.
