ITC Infotech - Sr Associate Consultant/Principal Consultant

ITC Infotech's Business Consulting Group (BCG) is on a fierce growth path. We have consulted firms in different parts of the globe on varied strategic issues across Retail, CPG (FMCG), Airlines, Manufacturing, Hospitality and we are now foraying into BFSI.

The Loyalty Consulting division within BCG specalizes in - program business case development, program structuring, loyalty affiliation strategy, performance management model definition, advanced customer analytics led interventions and platform assessment.

To aid our growth, we are looking for candidates matching the following profile:

Experience - Between 5 to 10 years

Location - Bangalore

Industry experience preference: Credit Card, Consumer Banking

Industry experiences that could also be considered: Retail / Hospitality / Airlines / Coalition Loyalty (B2C) / Consulting (B2C loyalty) / Analytics Consulting / Business Intelligence Units / Analytics KPO

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate knowledge or experience in:

1 Structure and process of general loyalty program (proprietary or multi-party) - industry specific

2. Hands-on with or has sound understanding of customer analytics / segmentation - ideally for BFSI clients or as part of BI team of a card issuer or a retail bank or alternately with Retail / CPG / Telecom clients

3. Social media aspect of loyalty

4. Liability management

5. Some exposure / understanding of loyalty platform

6. Reasonable understanding of the business and high level understanding of relevant data systems in the industry she / he currently works

7. Some understanding / high level knowledge of loyalty programs in industry relevant to her / his experience

8. Articulate with reasonable multi-tasking capabilities

It is a pure play front end (client-facing) role. The candidate would be based in Bangalore and would be required to travel extensively (mostly to international location) for short durations. Only applicants with relevant experience (functional or domain) would be considered for further screening. This is not a technical role.

Compensation would be the best in industry. The designation (Senior Associate Consultant / Principal Consultant) would be decided basis relevant prior experience and profile fitment. ITC Infotech is a full owned subsidiary of ITC.
