- ITC Business consulting is a new age consulting group which has done numerous path-breaking consulting engagements across US, EU, EMEA for clients ranging from Bank, Airlines, Retail, CPG, Hospitality etc. The group is on a steep growth curve and is looking to recruit bright candidates who can be part of this exciting journey!

- The objective of this position is to be able to successfully understand the problem from the client, articulate solution and execute projects in Planning, Budgeting and Reporting Space, Process Improvement and Profitability n Cost Management.

- The candidates should be able to convert industry specific analytical models from concept to practice by building small POC's or complete solutions based on the requirement

Key Technical Skills :

- Anaplan / Hyperion Essbase, Planning experience. 1-2 end to end implementations.

- Preparation and facilitation of application design sessions related to database structure, business rules, reports and security.

- Configuration of Anaplan/Hyperion/ Planning application components, including databases, rules, calc scripts, reports, security and process management modules.

- Ability to architect Hyperion Planning applications (i.e., design number of applications, number of plan types needed given the complexity of the data model

- Write & maintain data load rules, calc scripts and business rules in Anaplan / Hyperion

- Ability to create input templates / dashboards

- Develop and troubleshoot: Business Rules

- Planning, design, testing, prototyping and implementation of enhancements, control and tuning of Anaplan/Hyperion Planning applications

- Configure and maintain new Anaplan / Hyperion Planning Applications

- Assist in the roll-out of new Hyperion Planning Applications, problem fixes, and enhancements of software

- Support all applications development effort

- Leadership of individual work streams associated with a Anaplan/Hyperion/ Planning implementation. Examples include: Application Configuration and Unit Testing Lead, Training Lead, Budgeting/Forecasting Process Lead.

- Preference will be given to candidates with experience/certification Oracle Planning Budgeting Cloud Services.

Functional Aptitude :

- She/he shall also be responsible to drive Consultative Sales in these areas. Ideally he should have an MBA/Related Post Graduation with deep domain knowledge in Planning and Budgeting, Cost Management.

- Should be able to Interface with the customer representatives and demonstrate good communication skills

- Should have a good analytical bent of mind, and appreciate the various applications of analytics in planning & budgeting

- The candidate should be knowledgeable / able to pick key industry drivers and operating models in CPG/manufacturing industry and participate in the conceptualization of advanced predictive & optimization models to make planning process more sophisticated, advanced and intelligent. Prior experience in CPG/manufacturing would be preferred.

- Should have high level of commitment, initiative and on the fly problem solving capacity and should be also ready to take up Leadership role in future.
