RECRUITMENT LEAD Bangalore, Karnataka, India Spec: - Post Graduate in Management with 6-8 yrs of experience in Recruiting - Proven track record/experience recruiting/staffing experience in a software services/consulting or high tech industry - Extensive and demonstrable experience of sourcing candidates utilising a variety of methods - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office - Previous experience of working with recruitment, ATS (applicant tracking system - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, can build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels - Confident, diplomatic and tactful - demonstrating high levels of confidentiality - Resilient and able to work under pressure - Driven, highly organized with the ability to identify and focus on priorities and deliver to deadlines Roles &amp; Responsibilities - Single point of contact for a line of business - Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs/ understanding various technology stacks as per industry trends - Understanding client requirement /domain/industry - Proficient in fast and accurate Market Intelligence - Consult with Business managers and Delivery heads to understand the skills required for each position in order to effectively match qualified candidates to organizational needs, back flowing the information to the team. - Mentoring fresh recruits in Recruitment. - Allocating and load balancing of work load - Constantly check on recruiter's productivity (weekly monitoring and dash board presentation to Manager). - Assess recruiter training needs and arranges training in liaison with Manager and training department. -&nbsp;A first level of contact for resolving recruiter issues -&nbsp;A first level of contact for addressing recruiter performance issues - Train &amp; Mentor recruiters on ATS efficiency, candidate quality, Technical screening. -&nbsp;Hands-on expertise in use of social Media and unconventional recruitment sources - Develop, influence and execute sourcing strategy for passive candidates
