Position title:
IT Transition and Compliance lead
Location:

Reports to (role):
India IT Country Manager
Main purpose:
Overall Manage IT transition of new entities during continues Groupe expansion. Gather all business requests, compare with Groupe Standard, co-ordinate with different parties for right technical solution. Overall manage transition project timeline and status, make sure all transition is smooth and on time. Also need to work on IT compliances of all existing entities.
Actively participate in the identification and where required, the development and deployment, of new services for delivery by Re:Sources IT. This will be achieved through regular communication of agency requirements to the Country IT Manager.
This role will also be required to educate the agencies on the range of current and new services provided by Re:Sources IT and by approved vendor partners, authorised through Groupe Procurement. It is envisaged that where a service is able to be provided by Re:Sources IT or an approved vendor, 100% coverage within the agencies will be achieved.
This role will also be required to assist with local procurement and budgeting activities, the implementation of global and regional initiatives and provide education and guidance on all IT processes and policies, particularly in regards to support, compliance and risk mitigation.

Key accountabilities:
The key accountabilities are, but not limited to:
- Understand Current Groupe IT infrastructure and applications
- Visit and Understand New Entity IT infrastructure and applications
- Identify Gaps between new Entity IT and Groupe Standards
- Form a solid Project Plan for New Entity IT transition
- Work with all Parties (IT Services Delivery, IT Infrastructure, Regional IT, Business Unit) to delivery IT transition Project.
- Getting familiar with Groupe IT internal control points
- Periodically review existing entities IT environment
- Monitor potential risk and push it's resolution with all parties
- Development of working relationships with appropriate leaders within each of the supported agencies including business, finance, technology and digital business leaders.
- Initiatives & projects
Assistance to India IT Country Manager with respect to annual IT strategy and management & delivery of IT programmes during the fiscal/calendar year.
Support compliance work and associated audit processes and risk mitigation
- Procurement & budgeting activities
Assist with the local IT Capex budget for each agency in association with Finance and wider Re:Sources APAC IT budget
Provision of IT procurement assistance to ensure IT budgets are managed in the most cost effective manner and within preferred supplier guidelines
Ensure Groupe procurement processes & procedures are always adhered to
Deal directly with vendors and suppliers when required
Business Compliance
Ensure a sound understanding of, demonstrate commitment to & comply with all legislation & Publicis Groupe Policies relevant to your role & all activities undertaken in that role.
Personal & Team Accountabilities
Project Planning, Optimize resources and timeline.
Confirmation with all parties on Project Plan.
Work on Project Implementation, Deal with emergency issues and find out solution ASAP.
Actively develop and maintain strong working relationships with all Re:Sources personnel both at an interpersonal level and across all business processes within the wider business environment.
Actively maintain communication and behaviour standards that foster a culture of compliance skills both within Re:Sources and across all customer and supplier organisations.

Key competencies:
Ideal Qualifications/Experience
- Qualification in IT or IT Support preferred (either a university degree or adequate external certification courses)
- Minimum 5-8 years- experience in a IT infrastructure and management Role
- Minimum 3 years in IT Project Management Experience

- Ability to communicate effectively to a wide variety of people and skill levels, particularly within a network environment
- Ability to complete written documentation to a high standard
- Attention to detail, particularly when working to tight timeframes and project deadlines
- Ability to perform duties that may be required across multiple stakeholders and within tight timeframes
