IT Systems Analyst

Essential Responsibilities:

- Proven experience across various Salesforce Clouds (preferably sales and service cloud)

- Able to leverage OOB solutions and configurations

- Experience in Apex, Lightning, LWC, Aura, API's and SOQL

- Understanding of Experience Cloud

- Experience defining and implementing Data Sharing Model

- Experience in using software Version Control and CI/CD practices

- Experience in practicing Agile methodologies

- SFDC Certified developer

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field, with 3 to 5 years of experience in Information Technology in lieu of degree, 5 to 7 years of experience in the Information Technology

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in development using SFDC technologies

- Good understanding of SDLC processes (waterfall and Agile) and release management processes

- Willing to work flexible shift timings to be able to respond to emergencies

- Superior oral and written communication

- Proven analytical, and problem-solving skills

Desired Characteristics:

- Strong working knowledge of the Financial Industry and Consumer Lending

- Experience in building enterprise applications on Cloud technologies (preferably in Pivotal Cloud Foundry) using Microservice architecture would be big plus.

- Experience in Agile application development methodology

- Ability to achieve results in a cross-functional matrix organization involving multiple technologies, personnel and processes

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Training and/or Certification in JEE and web based technologies
