IT Strategy & Transformation

The position requires Qualified MBA/MS (IT) from good institutes with experience between 3-6 years.

- Th candidate would be working out on strategies for Systems selection /design and mapping them for use by Business together with necessary training and change management required by end users to use the Business Applications effectively and ensuring optimal usage thereof. Drive end to end Operations and Technology (O&T) process improvement studies in BFSI space.

- Should have done at least one full lifecycle implementation in any large Business Transformation exercise undertaken by a Bank or Financial Institution

- Must have the flair for Systems selection /design and mapping them for use by Business together with necessary training and change management required by end users to use the Business Applications effectively and ensuring optimal usage thereof.
