Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the IT industry.

- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate IT products or services.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

- Present IT solutions to potential clients through product demonstrations and proposals.

- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions to clients.

- Stay updated on IT industry trends, competitors, and market needs.

- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.

- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients before and after sales.

- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and materials.

- Utilize CRM systems to manage and track sales activities and customer data.

- Participate in regular sales training and professional development activities.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor/masters degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

- Proven experience in IT sales or a similar role.

- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

- Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.

- Good organizational and time management skills.

- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.

- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.

- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.

- Certifications in sales or IT (e.g , ITIL, CompTIA) is a plus
