Our client is a financial research firm. It provides research solutions to financial services clients across the globe. Its services are critically based on software. They are looking out for a Information Technology Solution Development Manager.

They invite applications from prospects with experience in Online/ Digital Marketing, to be based out of their Mumbai office.

Ideal candidate profile:

- Proficient in Microsoft technologies, SOA, Web Services, MQ, UML, XML, XBRL, Java, databases, relational models and systems analysis. Comfortable with open source tools

- Encourages informed Risk-taking and acts as a catalyst for innovation; generates practical, sustainable and creative options to solve problems and create business opportunities, while maximizing existing resources.

- Perform assessments and listen to internal/external customers to understand and anticipate their needs and determine their priorities in the context of the overall enterprise.

- Manage the development, continuous integration, and continuous deployment processes between the development teams to ensure compliance with company's standards and long term design strategy as well as ensure consistency between the teams.

- Manage Software Development teams and ensure that projects stays on schedule and within budget.

- Review code, deployment documentation, and other technical documents produced during development efforts to ensure quality and compliance with enterprise standards.

- Manage, assess performance, and mentor Software Engineers.

- Responsible for hiring new staff and/or contractors

Skills/Abilities:

- Strong management skills and proven track record of providing direction and leadership to others, particularly software engineers.

- Must be an effective communicator and problem-solver; requires innovation in making continuous process improvement to existing analytic methods and techniques
