Minimum Skill Requirement:

- Good hands on experience working on HP SM 9.x and SRC.

- Experience integrating with other systems like Active Directory, HP Asset Manger and configuration management system & Monitoring tools.

- Good knowledge of Configuration and Monitoring tools

- Ability to design and architect ITSM solution on HP Suite of products

- Ability to directly work with client, understand business requirements and translate them to technical solution and ability to implement and transition to run team.

- Ability to Liase with other stake holders"

- Gather technical requirements and determine configurations to meet functional requirements

- ITIL & Service management knowledge

Must Have: Working knowledge on HP SM 9.x, SRC, Connect IT Integration knowledge with other tools like HP uCMDB/UD, Monitoring tools Ability to architect and design overall ITSM solution, good knowledge of HP uCMDB & monitoring tools like BSM, Sitescope & NNMi, Data base/SQL knowledge
