 Description - Security SME will be driving IT security, strategy and implementation for the mobile money platform whilst protecting the business from cyber security threat. This role will oversee the management of the cyber security function and will be acting as change agent to continuously improve the security framework.

Job Description : 

- Mitigating Security threats by ensuring relevant technology and proactively monitoring 24- 7 potential threats and vulnerabilities

- Ensuring security controls are implemented timely and appropriately to safeguard and maintain business operation

- Designing and executing periodic penetration tests and security audits

- Driving the IT Information Security Program by ensuring the full deployment of all information security processes and controls in accordance with the Global security strategies

- Understanding local regularity requirements on cyber security and defining optimised control requirements to mitigate relevant risk

- Establishing Policies, procedures, standards and guidelines

- Collaborating and liaising with Security expert, legal, risk and compliance officer to ensure company is processing data with applicable law (Privacy policy, GDPR compliance)

- Monitoring compliance with organisation's information security policies among employees, vendors and 3rd parties

- Integrating Privilege Access Management and Security Information and event management

- Developing Application domain security strategy and long-term planning goals that support IT enablement to drive sales across regions

Profile

- MSc/Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security or a related study

- 8-10 years' industry experience in Information security

- Preferably Telecom and Mobile money experience in large Telecom organisation

- Industry qualifications such as CISSP, CCNA, CISA, CISM, CRISC certifications is preferable

- Demonstrated Experience in managing IT Security projects is preferable

- Good understanding of core business of telecom and Mobile Money as well as a broad architecture understanding for IT in a telecom environment

- Clear understanding on what is needed to protect telecom and mobile money business from security threat

- Network Topologies and monitoring system

- In-depth knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management and threat management

- Identity Access Management (IAM) and Identity Access Governance (IAG)

- Good understanding of API Security and secure integration with 3rd parties

- Clear in communication, both written and verbal

- Ability to work in a multi-vendor managed service environment

- Proven influencing skills with different levels of management and diverse stakeholder group

- Excellent understanding of the different functions within an enterprise
