IT Security Operations Role - NBFC

Position Overview:

- The IT Security Operations role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and integrity of our information systems.

- This position is tailored for experienced professionals with a strong background in cloud security and a comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity measures.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, identifying, and mitigating security risks, managing security policies, and conducting regular audits and assessments to fortify our IT infrastructure.

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities - Cloud Security Expertise:

- Possess in-depth knowledge of cloud security products and technologies.

- Implement and manage security measures to protect cloud-based systems and data.

Security Monitoring:

- Continuously monitor information systems to detect vulnerabilities and security incidents.

- Develop and enhance monitoring and visibility capabilities to ensure proactive threat detection and response.

Microsoft Azure Cloud Security:

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Security tools and Intune policies.

- Implement security configurations and manage security features within the Azure environment.

Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT):

- Conduct regular VAPT audits to identify security weaknesses.

- Develop and implement solutions to address and remediate identified vulnerabilities.

Access Control Management:

- Oversee and manage access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized individuals have access to sensitive information and systems.

- Regularly review and update access control policies to maintain security standards.

Security Operations Center (SOC) Incident Management:

- Monitor SOC alerts and incidents.

- Provide timely resolutions to security incidents and collaborate with relevant teams to mitigate risks.

Cyber Security Policy and Framework Monitoring:

- Ensure compliance with established cybersecurity policies and frameworks.

- Regularly review and update policies to align with evolving security threats and best practices.

- Risk Assessment and Business Continuity Planning (BCP)/Disaster

Recovery (DR) Drills:

- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats to the organization.

- Plan and execute BCP and DR drills to ensure preparedness in case of security incidents or disasters.

Firewall Policy Management:

- Manage and maintain firewall policies to protect the organization's network.

- Regularly review and update firewall rules to prevent unauthorized access and cyber threats.

Key Skill & Qualifications:

- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar domain, with a proven track record of managing and securing information systems.

- Demonstrated expertise in cloud security, particularly with Microsoft Azure.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively address and resolve security issues.
