IT Security Manager role

- Enablement of contractually committed compliance requirements including Information Security, BCP, Privacy etc. throughout service lifecycle phases like Presales, Sales, Transition, Sustenance etc.

- Customer Audit governance for smooth audit experience, through proactive internal/mock audits covering areas such as SOC/ SSAE/ ISAE/ CSAE/ ASAE, PCI, HIPAA, SOX, contractual compliance commitments etc.

- Establish Risk and Compliance governance, inculcating Risk Management Culture within business and functional teams.

- Create Risk Management Practice awareness through enhanced communication campaigns

- Monitor & track closure of all internal and external audit findings. Ensure effective identification of RCA, CA, PA to avoid repeat findings

- Facilitate investigation of critical security, privacy incidents, as required, in line with Contractual requirements
