Job Description :



- Candidate should come with experience selling SaaS products( enterprise) in the North American market


- Should have experience selling technically complex products

Client Details : Our client is a low-code - test automation platform, for end-to-end testing. based out of Bangalore. Catering to the global market, they expanded exponentially over the years and are looking to enter into the enterprise ecosystem, raising strong competition to the existing players.

Description :

- As the first hire in the Enterprise sales function, the candidate should be a go-getter, sticking to the organization's values.

- As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be closing deals in the ACV range of $25k to $100k ARR. They enable the AEs to be self-sufficient with pipelines. A part of the demos will come from Inbound, a part from SDRs, and a part self-generated by yourself. So, what now - Close them and create a smashing success with it.

- Educate and nurture prospects, conduct a demo with each lead, share what the client does, and employ a value-based solution-selling methodology to drive these leads through a high-velocity pipeline

- Crush your Quota month on month maintaining an average ACV of $25K ARR.


- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from customer engagement, POC, and contract negotiation.

- Work with all levels of GTM leadership to continuously improve processes like territory planning, lead/pipeline/opportunity management, and KPIs


Profile :

- 5-10 years of overall experience in SaaS and min 2 years experience in Enterprise North America sales.

- Open to Bangalore as a location, 2-day WFO

- Open to working in the US shift

- Confident in taking demos, with excellent articulation and communication skills.


- Hunter throughout, and experience selling technically complex products.

- Experience closing deals with a ticket size varying between USD 25K ARR to USD 100K ARR
