JOB DISCRIPTION
- Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Be able to drive Daily, Weekly & Monthly Targets on 2-3 KPIs & Report to management.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential clients and understand their specific business needs and pain points.
- Work closely with various stakeholders in salesforce.com ecosystem, Salesforce.com AE & Enterprise Leaders to build opportunity pipelines in defined markets & focused verticals.
- Engage with prospects to assess their Salesforce implementation and consulting requirements, effectively positioning our company's solutions and services.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations tailored to the unique needs of each prospect.
- Collaborate closely with our Salesforce technical and consulting teams to ensure accurate scoping, estimation, and delivery of projects.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, market insights, and performance reports to the sales management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of [7-8] years of experience in business development and Account Management roles, preferably in the Salesforce consulting or technology industry.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas in Mid size & Enterprise Deals.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, solutions, and implementation methodologies.
- Well Groomed & Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, result-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented sales environment. Open to Travel 75% of the time across India.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the US and India markets, understanding cultural nuances and business practices in both geographies.
