Job Milap is hiring for a Sales Manager based in Gurugram for one of its leading Supply chain & Logistics digital solutions provider.
Objective:
- Achieves maximum sales closures, profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company's products and/or related services.
- Personally, contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.
Educational Qualification: Candidate must be BCA or BE CS/IT/Electronics/EXTC.
An MBA is good to have.
Experience : 1 to 3 years

- Basic knowledge of IoT and electronics & telecommunication hardware

- Meticulously defines the opportunity potential and prioritizes engagements based on an informed customer research and market analysis
- Garners and nurtures lead right from the target stage to the prospect to build a strong opportunity pipeline
- Actively engages the existing and prospective customers through display of strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge about IOT Solution ( RFID & GPS Technology)
- Knowledge about Logistics, SCM industries as added advantage.
- Candidate must be from Delhi / NCR
- Candidate must open to work in Field job (80% of his time)
- Candidate must have there own vehicle( bike preferable).
- Candidate must open to work in territories within North and East part of India.
- Candidate must work on Individual Targets set by Organization (Quarterly / Half Yearly / Annually).
- Keeps his/her ears to the ground to keep up with the latest market trends, customer needs, technical services, market conditions, competitor activities, marketing strategies, advertising and promotional trends
- Stays updated on the organizational offerings and communicates their value effectively through product platform demonstrations
- Clearly understands customer processes, their pain points and their expectations
- Prepares clear and effective proposals with a strong value proposition in co-ordination with pre- sales, marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
- Summarizes customer sentiment and organizational performance in the form of MIS Reports and Dashboards for management reference
