Job Description :
- Accountable for customer relationship, revenue growth and account fertilization
- P&L management
- CSAT and liaison with sales, delivery and project management teams
- To build and handle client relationships up to CXO level
- Drive growth strategies for revenue and margin
- Managing account receivables
- To be a single point of contact for Company for overall engagement at client's CXO level
- Should take Company services portfolio to client and push for maximizing share of wallet
- Vendor & Partner Management
Key skills :
- Business acumen. Should have handled business management/development role for minimum 5 years
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good understanding of balance sheet, Account P&L management
- People-friendly, collaborative & approachable with strong planning, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving & people management skills
- Experience in acting as an escalation gate to resolve critical issues
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and team player
