Job Overview:

Through digital transformation we are in the process of integrating digital technologies into all aspects of business operations. With a strong presence of serving over 3000 clients in span of 5 years, we are dedicated to continue revolutionizing business operations through cutting-edge IT solutions and scale the revenue to ~ ARR 50cr.

We are seeking for an individual who has experience in IT Sales and possesses extensive experience in driving business growth and scaling revenue through digital transformation initiatives. One who possess understanding of emerging technologies and a proven ability to navigate and solve outsourcing challenges in the digital space.

What will you do everyday ?

- Understanding Customer Needs: The ideal candidate must deeply understand the challenges and objectives of potential clients in their digital transformation journey. This includes identifying pain points that can be addressed through the company's digital solutions.

- Strategic Planning: Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's roadmap involving setting clear objectives, identifying target markets, and establishing sales targets.

- Building Relationships: Cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and decision-makers, to gain insights into their strategic priorities and build trust in the company's digital capabilities.

- Solution Selling: Articulating the value proposition of the company's digital solutions and demonstrating how they can address specific customer challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes.

- Navigating Complex Sales Cycles: Managing complex sales cycles inherent in digital transformation projects, which often involve multiple stakeholders and longer decision-making processes. This requires persistence, patience, and the ability to navigate objections and obstacles.

- Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery of digital solutions and alignment with customer expectations.

- Adaptation to Market Dynamics: Staying abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to adjust sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the digital space.

- Demand Generation and Revenue Optimization: The ideal candidate should be able to drive demand through targeted marketing and proactive outreach and leverage techniques to attract prospects, nurture them and optimize sales processes to maximize revenue. This includes implementing effective pricing strategies, exploring upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and aligning contract negotiations with the value proposition of digital transformation.

Your superpowers:

- 15-20 years of progressive experience in IT sales and, preferably in a service-based environment with background in consultative and solution-based selling experience along with managing enterprise clients.

- A bachelor's degree/MBA from Tier 1 colleges.

- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their applications in business transformation

- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive value.

- Capacity to adapt to market dynamics and innovate sales strategies in a fast-paced digital environment.

- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to problemsolving and innovation.

- Proven leadership skills to build and manage a high-performing sales team focused on achieving digital business objectives.

- Strategic thinking with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes

Reporting Structure:

- This role will report to Ankit Agarwal, Business Head

- 5-6 members IT sales consultant (divided based on industries) -> AD -> IT Sales Head -> Business head

Interview Process:

- The interview process would consist of 4-5 rounds

- R1 discussion with Ankit Agarwal, Business Head

- R2 Assignment round

- R3 discussion individually or a mixed panel with Nishant Behl Founder / Rohan Raj Barua, Co-Founder / Board Members
