Hiring for one of my banking client for the role of Lead Conversational Platform & Bots :
1. Identify use cases of enterprise wide conversational platform along with stakeholders
2. Create user stories for delivering the scope
3. Deliver the use cases and support the UAT and go live
4. Project Management, Development and delivery through SDLC . Agile
Someone who is very well versed into chat bots making, Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Advanced Dialog management, and Machine Learning (ML) to understand, react and learn from every interaction.
Qualification : Graduation + MBA from tier 1/2 college (full time).
