Recruitment Specialist required for a growing software company based in Pune. An ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years of experience in recruiting software professionals.

- Must have sound experience in managing end to end IT recruitment.

- Very strong in networking and search using various search mechanisms.

- Positive attitude, high on energy, ambitious and innovative.

- Should have a good track record in meeting deadlines and achieving targets as defined in KRA.

- Very strong in DB Management and MIS.

- Should have a strong exp in managing the complete cycle of IT Recruitment.

- Should be willing to work for extended hours & days till target is met.
