- Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to staff augmentation requirements, aligning with the company's project goals and growth plans.
- Identify current and future IT talent needs for project-based work and proactively plan recruitment efforts accordingly.
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition for Staff Augmentation:
- Lead the sourcing and acquisition of high-quality IT candidates for staff augmentation projects through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and in-person interviews, ensuring candidates' suitability for project-based work.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for staff augmentation, from initial engagement to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Staff Augmentation Expertise:
- Serve as the subject matter expert in staff augmentation recruitment, staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and market conditions.

Qualifications:
