Candidate Requirement :
- Very Good communication skills
- Relevant experience in IT Recruitment for minimum 6 months to 4 years for multiple locations and clients.
- Understanding the art of follow up, professionalism and business etiquette
- Well versed with sourcing, screening, shortlisting, real-time coordination, & MIS preparation
- Well versed with the use of multiple portals and job postings
- well versed with managing references, managing positions through social media
- Preferred if the candidates have their own database.
- Should have high speed internet and laptop/PC
- Regular and timely availability of the recruiters and seamless work efficiency
- Please note this is a remote/work from home position.
