Basic eligibility Criteria:
Full time MBA with a reputed college and should have an experience in a IT companies.
Handling internal recruitment from Junior Level upto Senior Level Management
Taking HR round of interviews.
Salary Negotiation and Reference Check.
- Handling joining formalities, Employee Engagement
- Issuing Offer Letter & Appointment letters to new joiners.
- Coordination with Technical team and understanding their requirements, defining various job positions.
- Resourcing, screening and short listing resumes through various job portals or else internal reference.
- Short listing the resumes based on desired skills and experience. - Conducting telephone and Personal interviews in coordination with Technical Departmental heads.
- Maintaining employee's records.
- Closing urgent requirements on or before target date.
Ability to interview job candidates effectively and assess candidates accurately.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
Salary Range: 6 - 10 LPA
