1. Minimum 1 year of professional US IT Recruitment experience.
2. Expertise in using various sourcing methods including traditional job boards, social media, networking, web-mining, and cold-calling.
3. High-level understanding and screening capability in various technologies/tools
4. Experience working with direct client requirements
5. Positive attitude to thrive in an aggressive and highly competitive environment.
6. Demonstrated ability in hiring candidates across geographies within the US
7. Good understanding of US Staffing, HR and contracting process, pay rates etc.
8. Experience in W2, C2C, and Contract to hire positions.
9. Ability to work on multiple requirements and source quality profiles.
