Job Requirements :

Candidate should match following parameters/Conditions :

1. Candidates having experience in predominately IT/Technology hiring recruitment with some recruitment consultant.

2. End to end recruitment : Sourcing, Staffing, scoping and on boarding candidates.

3. Sourcing of candidates via internet postings, networking, headhunting and internal Database

4. Effectively using personal network, built up database, digital platforms and referrals for reaching passive prospective candidates

5. Conducting preliminary Interviews, telephonic Interviews and short listing candidates

6. Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates

7. Continuous efforts to ensure the talent pool data is updated timely

8. Must be enthusiastic and initiator
