We are looking for an experienced and professional Recruiter to join our esteemed client which is not analytics and technology. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring job candidates for open positions. Your goal will be to always meet organization's needs by finding candidates that match their organizational culture and open job positions.

Work location: Bangalore / Mumbai

Recruiter Duties and responsibilities

- Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes, for both India and the USA

- Should manage the hiring of top technology and analytics resources in the USA.

- Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures

- Work with business leaders to confirm hiring needs and requirements

- Direct and oversee the hiring of upper management and executives

- Create and suggest new and effective interviewing procedures and techniques

- Engage in effective recruitment methods to determine useful applicant markets

- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews

- Demonstrate to candidates a positive reflection or our brand and company

Recruiter Requirements and Qualifications

- 4+ years of proven experience in recruitment

- Exceptional work ethic

- Exemplary communication skills both oral and written

- Consistently meets deadlines

- Thrives under pressure
