Job Description:
- Engage with recruiting managers to understand and qualify job positions, ensuring alignment with technical and business needs.
- Source and identify candidates through various platforms, including Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn and Social Media Platform.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate technical skills, qualifications, and fitment for IT specific roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Utilize recruiting tools such as Job Diva, Ciepal, and hands on experience with Boolean search techniques.
- Familiar with US tax terms (Corp-Corp, W2, 1099) and independent visa statuses (USC,GC, EAD, L2,H4 & OPT).
- Communicate professionally with candidates and hiring managers, providing timely feedback and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
- Stay informed about market trends, technological advancements, and industry developments to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Achieve individual, team, and organizational recruitment goals through a dedicated and results-driven approach.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor'/PG degree or equivalent qualification.
- 3-6 years of experience in US IT recruitment with a strong focus on W2 requirements.
- Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team=
