Job Title/ Position: IT Recruiter

Job Role: Recruitment

Job Description:

- Strategizing hiring requirements according to business demands and ensuring that the needs are met on time and in the most cost effective manner.

- Interact with Business Heads to discuss requirements, prepare JDs & device the action plan.

- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

- Oversee and manage the recruitment process and lifecycle, including sourcing candidates conducting initial assessments, 1st line interviews and offers as well as coordinating the mobilization and onboarding process.

- Create active pipeline for critical positions by researching and contacting, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.

- As per the staffing plan, exploring innovative methods to leverage various sourcing channels in order to achieve the recruitment target. Executing the sourcing plan by interacting with stakeholders.

- Collaborating with vendor partners for managing the recruitment initiatives at the PAN India level, managing the existing relationships efficiently, articulating the current requirements in order to enhance sourcing effectiveness and ensuring success of the recruitment initiatives. Monitoring the performance of placement partners.

- Responsible for proper utilization of sourcing channels (employee referrals, campus, naukri, linkedin, vendors)

- Prepare reports on Recruitment updates for stakeholders. Maintaining record for total number of joiners/offers in market, hiring status (open/closed positions), break-up between tools used (employee referral, direct, agency)

- Manage the Talent Acquisition team in a way that optimizes performance, including quality reviews, training and guidance on best practices and actions relating to Talent Acquisition priorities.

- Maintain performance tracking related to strategic initiatives, identify areas for improvement, monitor processes following rollout, solicit and incorporate feedback for process enhancement and establish clear compliance benchmarks.

Educational & Professional Credentials:

- Post graduate qualification - MBA/PGDBM/PGDM or an equivalent qualification

Required Knowledge & Skills:

- Candidate must have a prior experience of 2-6 years in the recruitment function preferably in a similar industry.

- Ability to multitask and meet stringent deadlines

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.

- Confident and good analytical skills

- Should be proficient in Microsoft office.

- Excellent Interpersonal skills.
