- Should be proficient Mumbai hiring region

- Manage a variety of job requirements from US-based clients.

- Manage full-cycle Recruiting: source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates

- Source candidates from various Job Portals.

- Evaluate candidates for the requirements based on skills, functionality, domain, experience, and qualifications.

- Should have excellent portal sourcing skills

- Must have Hands-on experience in recruitment across various IT Technologies.

- Candidates must clearly understand benefits, compensation, U.S. Visa/ employment types, and terms like W2, U.S. Citizen, G.C., OPT, CPT, etc.

- Motivation, drive, and initiative to learn technology

- Excellent follow-through skills and desire to create a fantastic candidate experience

- Experience sourcing candidates using technology and tools such as JobDiva and LinkedIn

- Should have excellent co-ordination & scheduling skills

- Should be a team player.

- Should have exposure to customer interaction.
