IT Project Manager - Manufacturing Industry - IIM/FMS/MDI

Job Summary

Looking for an IT Project Manager with 8-10 years of project management experience exclusively in Manufacturing industry. The candidate should possess strong knowledge in both Agile and waterfall methodologies and should demonstrate knowledge/ experience in executing large transformation projects/ programs.

Profile Description

- 8-10 years of professional experience with strong exposure to SAP project delivery to Manufacturing customers.

- Strong experience in SAP Consulting, Pre-sales, and project management with deep functional Knowledge of Supply Chain process in Manufacturing sector.

- Ability to demonstrate high energy, integrity, and track record of exceeding performance expectations in generating revenue and client relationship management.

- The highly effective oral and written communicator in English and at all levels with different stakeholders.

- Team management experience to guide individual consultants as well as collaborate with teams, locally and remotely.

- Delivered multiple SAP projects in the areas of SAP ERP, Supply chain applications and worked throughout the entire project lifecycle from understanding business processes, designing the To-Be solution in SAP, validating the solution with business process owners to design and development.

Other Requirements

- Excellent Academic Pedigree - MBA Finance (from Tier-1 Premier Institutions), with a strong record of achievement in academics.

- PMP/Prince2 certification is preferable.

- At least 2 years of experience driving large scale transformation projects, preferably from any Big-4 or large IT/Start-up.

- Superior analytical aptitude, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

- Ability to work in teams, deliver high quality and accurate output in high stress environment and meet tight deadlines.

- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, excellent communication and comprehension skills, stakeholder management skills, analytical and logical.

- Willing to travel basis the job requirements.
