IT Project Manager - B2B eCommerce

Founded by a former Google leadership team member with experience in building global products and running sales across Asia, the company is an e-commerce company specializing in B2B procurement of industrial products.

- The business model of the company got further validation when Mr. Ratan Tata picked up a stake in it. It has also raised a pre-Series A funding from Accel Partners and Jungle Ventures.

- The funds are being used to enhance the technology platform, build a deep supplier base as well as increase marketing spends across Asia.

As a IT Project Manager, Your key responsibilities will be as follows :

- Developing project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed

- Developing schedules and methods for measuring results

- Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project

- Organising and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion

- Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities

- Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products

- Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications.

Candidate Profile :

- Must have project and team management skills

- Good task and time management skills

- Strong business acumen, architecture and framework development requirements gathering, BRD & FSD creation

- Must have knowledge of web development (PHP, HTML, CSS, AJAX, jQuery, JavaScript, CodeIgniter, etc.) and J2EE app development (preferable

- Someone from a reputed Engineering school with 4+ years of experience with Tech startups and/or preferably with end-to-end tech exposure.
