- has a technical background

- is able to handle a team of size 5 to 10

- is ready to learn

- is good at Project Management tasks

- Knows agile process and is ready to follow it

- PMP or any other Management related certification is added advantage

Mandatory Skills

- Should have Team Leading Experience

- Should have experience in handling team of size 5 to 10

- Should have technical background

Preferred Skills

- Good Communication Skills

- Good Interpersonal Skills

- Good Leadership Skills

- Good Planning Skills

- Knowledge in C, C++ would be preferred

Years of Experience : 8 to 10 years.
