Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Management:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to scope.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project management plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Track project progress rigorously, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to established timelines.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal departments and stakeholders.
- Handle project delivery as per project charter, ensuring all deliverables meet established criteria.
- Manage vendors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle, fostering strong relationships and ensuring smooth implementation.
Customer Experience & Innovation:
- Be actively involved in management-level decisions that positively impact customer experience.
- Identify and champion new product development opportunities, including managing project plans, budgets, and scope.
- Work creatively and analytically to solve problems, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
Team Management & Leadership:

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects within a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in managing budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
