IT Program Manager - BFSI Domain

Hiring for Program Managers - BFSI Domain for leading Product Development firm in Chennai.

Should have 15+ yrs of work experience with 5-10 yrs exp in Handling UK based Clients, 8+ yrs in Handling Big Programs or Projects

- Responsible for overall management and co-ordination of the programme, its projects and their interdependencies.

- Responsible for Programme planning and control including developing and Maintaining a programme plan, Manage Multiple program simultaneously

- Oversee project delivery with the help of offshore and onshore Project Managers and Project Director.

- Responsible for Project Documentation, adherence to processes and quality standard, Reporting on programme status.

- Managing Programme team onshore and offshore with the help of Project Director.

- Accounting for Project cost, time and budget. Tracking SOWs.

- Involvement in account service improvement initiatives.

Should be able to handle a big team of 100+ resources
