About our Client - Our client is a UK based Insurance major in the Insurance and reinsurance business. In line with their global expansion strategy, they are looking to consolidate the leadership team in their IT setup in India. They are looking to add best industry professionals in the Program Management space from the BFSI domain

Job Description - You will report to the VP-IT and will shadow him in most of his responsibilities. Leading a team of over 100 associates, your responsibilities would include Program Management handling multiple programs of varying complexity from ideation to support

- Interacting with BU Heads globally to maximizing business impact of IT

- Designing Engagement models with Offshore transition

- Understanding Project costing including cost benefit analysis

- Traveling based on business requirements to global locations

The Successful Candidate - You will be a B.E/B.Tech from a Tier-1 Engineering Institute. You will have at least 13 years of experience in the IT industry with at least the last 5 years from one of the Top-6 IT company which must include end-to-end experience handling large Programs. You must be an excellent communicator with experience in working with top stakeholders from global companies in a multi-cultural environment.
