Job Title: NPCI Acquiring IMPS, UPI, AEPS, EKYC Division: IT Department: Information Technology Job Responsibility: - Managing &amp; Executing NPCI Platform like UPI, IMPS, EKYC, AEPS - Analysis, Managing &amp; Execution of IT initiatives for Solutioning, Implementation, Roll-out &amp; Technical Architecture for UPI, IMPS, EKYC, AEPS Platform - Technical &amp; Functional support to business - Managing the Software Lifecycle to ensure quality delivery. - Participate in requirements and architecture debriefs with the team to assess feasibility of the solution and identify needs for design and implementation - Participate actively in identifying risks and working through requirement and implementation trade-offs to meet project goals. - Introduce new developers to the project and educate them on the domain, architecture, tools, and implementation patterns. - Lead the development and maintenance of the build, deploy and unit test procedures. - Participate actively in identifying risks and working through requirement and implementation trade-offs to meet project goals. - Ensure TAT, availability and uptime of the system. - Performance management - Team building and resource management. - Vendor management and coordination. - Develop strategy to execute short and long term priorities in NPCI Platform Space Job Requirements: - Good Knowledge on Payments Platform like UPI, IMPS, AEPS &amp; EKYC - Good knowledge of Merchant Integration &amp; Acquisition for UPI - Good Knowledge of INDIA QR &amp; India Digital Initiatives - Technical Expertise and knowledge of Java Development, Database Skills, Middleware knowledge - Technical Expertise on Middleware like TIBCO &amp; App server like WAS, JBOSS, Apache etc - Knowledge on Mobile Technology on Andriod,IOS etc - Technical knowledge about Integration on various platform for merchants - Experience in handling a similar role - Good Project Management Skills - Good Communication Skills - Should have a sound knowledge of RDBMS databases - Software development consisting of some of the following languages and technologies: - Knowledge of Java - Webservices - XML - Javascript/JQuery - Planning, designing, testing, and debugging of services / programs, correcting errors and re-testing to deliver an error-free solution - Managing &amp; Execute IT initiatives for Acquisition i.e. Real Time Lead Management, Merchant Integration &amp; Acquiring - Develop strategy to execute short and long term priorities in Acquisition &amp; Merchant Integration and On boarding &amp; Digital Space Educational Qualifications&nbsp;- Post Graduation or Engineering
