Position: IT Product Sales Manager

Location: Noida

Shift: IST (10:00 AM to 07:00 AM IST)

Experience: 3+ years in SaaS product sales at national and international levels

Job Summary:

- We seek a highly skilled and polished IT Product Sales Executive with expertise in SaaS product sales at national and international levels.

- This role requires exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to interact with CXOs, CEOs, diplomats, and other high-level stakeholders.

- The ideal candidate will serve as a product ambassador, driving sales and fostering strategic relationships for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary spokesperson for the organization's SaaS products, representing them effectively at national and international levels.

- Identify, target, and engage with key decision-makers, including CXOs, CEOs, and senior executives.

- Manage high-level interactions, follow-ups, and negotiations to close deals and drive revenue.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders and clients.

- Deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to client needs.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.

- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for leadership.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in SaaS product sales at the national and international levels.

- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.

- Strong networking abilities and experience in engaging with senior executives and diplomatic personnel.

- Expertise in handling high-level negotiations and building strategic partnerships.

- Strong understanding of SaaS products and the tech industry landscape.

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple high-stakes interactions simultaneously.

- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales management platforms.

- Bachelor's / Masters degree in business, IT, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in international sales roles.

- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS solutions and their value propositions.

- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
