Key Responsibilities :

- Sales Person with an in depth knowledge of the clients key business Processes, understand client's internal financial structure including cost structure and spending patterns relative to peers and competitors, so that this knowledge could be used to design technically feasible solution that provides business

- Leadership qualities to set direction, communicate, learn and model effective leadership behavior in dealing with individuals and team to achieve the end result of a putting together a world class business proposition to the client.

- Conceptualize the solutions, pricing, costing and packaging methodologies to maximize profitability and success of the proposed business solutions.

- Focus on benefits from a collaborative relationship plan and execute consultative sales campaigns.

- Develop and execute action plans to close any gaps between client expectations and eliminate surprises on either side.

- Negotiation Skills

- Able to obtain broad-based sponsorship and influence key stakeholders throughout the client organization in supporting value proposition.

- Develop, maintain and manage client relationships at functional and executive levels throughout the organization.

- Know costs and pricing structure of the solution(s) and their impact on market place acceptance and leadership in the market.

- Have In-depth knowledge of the major Competitors in the same Business Segment and win.

- Develop, Maintain, manage and leverage executive, relationships at all levels and areas of the customer organization to achieve connection, confidence and trust.
