Job Responsibility:.

- Drive Innovation: Oversee and manage the end-to-end planning and scheduling of software projects, from initial concept to market launch.

- Lead Development: Coordinate and manage the development of software solutions, ensuring they meet our standards and are ready for deployment.

- Ensure Effective Usage: Implement and oversee the usage of software across teams, ensuring it integrates seamlessly into our operations.

- Operational Excellence: Monitor and manage the running of software solutions, addressing any issues that arise to ensure optimal performance.

- Strategic Vision: Define project objectives, scopes, and milestones.

- Develop strategies to tackle roadblocks and keep projects on track.

- Effective Communication: Present project progress to stakeholders, including customers and leadership, and ensure everyone is aligned.

- Quality Control: Supervise testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting throughout all stages of development.

- Resource Management: Plan and allocate resources effectively, set deadlines, and develop communication strategies.

Target Industry: BFSI/NBFC/Financial Services.

- Mandatory: Extensive experience (5-7 years) in software project management.

- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in project management and software development.

- Proficient in project management methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, and Milestone.

- Experience with client-side project implementation is crucial.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
