IT Product Manager


JD :


- Coordinating with cross-functional teams like Operations, Credit, Technology and Sales, to create and continuously enable changes in application form, workflows, policies etc.

- Defining new processes and documenting of processes related to the loan life cycle.

- Undertaking projects to identify gaps in processes and initiate corrective action wherever required, including improvement in end-to-end login-to- disbursement turnaround time.

- Responsible for customer experience - Innovation, Conceptualize and Implement Digitization of customer service framework, product development and management, New CRM implementation and integration, automation of customer service processes, and redesigning of core system to support mobility.

- Taking complete ownership of user experience across all our products.

- Creating prototypes and design flow; presenting the mock designs to the team/ management and seeking approval to take live.

- Driving digital penetration of customers through various initiatives and projects.

- Gaining a deep understanding of customer experience, identifying, and filling product gaps and generating new ideas that grow market share, improving customer experience and driving growth.

- Collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners.

- Leading the development of project plans, schedules, budgets, and appropriate systems documentation.

- Facilitating team input into various stages of product development and design.

- Defining and analyze performance metrics & prepare project status and feature. Skills/Knowledge/Competencies required:

- Startup and Product enthusiasts with a strong passion towards product management and always wanted to jump into this domain.

- Prior 4 to 7 years of experience in B2B2C, SaaS, Fintech, BFSI and/or Agile development environment.

- Understanding business needs, end to end customer experiences when building payment solutions.

- Good understanding of technology especially in fintech, wallets, payments, loans & SaaS.

- Strong depth and breadth knowledge in optimization, prototyping & stellar design instincts.

- Good communication and influencing skills.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times demanding environment.

- Exhibits high degree of professional ethics and integrity. Ideal Personality Traits:

- Inquisitive & Love for learning : Should have inquisitive interest to know and desire to acquire knowledge and skills.

Qualification : BE/BTech (with MBA will a plus point) in any stream (qualification is secondary if the candidate has relevant skills & work experience)
