IT Product Head - Cyber Security - eCommerce

Company : It is a leading Fintech Ecommerce giant with a Revenue of USD 5.5 Billion and has been in the market for more than 3 decades

This role is for someone who could act as the COO for the company :

Company / Industry : E commerce (Start-up)

Lead : 40-45 people team

Reporting : Director

Responsibilities :

- Managing Program Delivery in ecommerce industry

- Setting up of entire Technology

- Operations and scalability

- Creating and managing tech and product roadmap AOP, quarterly plans.

- Driving Sale Events

- Large transformation projects alongside service oriented architecture, revamping frontend & back-end architectures at the same time

- Entire tech budget management

- Heading Cyber Security

- Conflict control and management resolving with engineering leads, architects, business

- Streamlined processes for work pipeline, delivery, change & Incident management

- Single point of contact for Compliance

- Mentoring & leading teams of experienced staff from management, development and quality while collaborating with product and marketing divisions.

- Be a Design thinker and bring innovation to the department

Location : Gurgaon or Mumbai

Preference : Candidates from E commerce background only
