About our Client - Our client is one of the leading European fashion retail players with a significant presence across the globe. They are widely regarded as pioneers in the space, and have always been at the fore front of developing trendy and affordable clothes and accessories for their customers across age groups. Currently, they are looking at entering the India market, and are looking to recruit a Retail IT Manager based out of Delhi NCR.

Job Description - Reporting into the Regional IT Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Ensure that the business has a secure and stable IT operation and support

- Focal point for all retail IT related questions

- Make Sure service levels are according the business needs and operation level agreements

- Work closely with the team for Project establishment

- Trouble shooting errors occurring in the client, local network environment as well as retail shops including the POS applications

The Successful Candidate - You will be a post graduate with around 6-8 years of experience in IT. You should have solid understanding of Retail IT Operations and have an experience of handling user support for a Citrix environment. Further, you should have prior experience of working with an automated help desk support software. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for service.
