Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Prioritize and lead AI initiatives that drive innovation.

- Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate AI into the broader business strategy.

- Oversee the selection and deployment of AI tools and technologies.

- Manage AI infrastructure, including data pipelines and machine learning platforms.

- Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing systems.

- Oversee IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and data centers.

- Ensure optimal performance and reliability of all technology systems.

- Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a collaborative environment.

- Develop professional growth plans for team members.

- Oversee IT and AI-related projects from inception to deployment.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Develop data strategies to support AI initiatives, ensuring quality, security, and compliance.

- Use analytics to assess AI solution effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

- Implement IT security policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

- Manage data security and disaster recovery plans.

- Manage IT vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure SLAs are met.

- Identify and mitigate IT risks, ensuring system resilience.

- Collaborate with organizational stakeholders to meet business needs.

- Communicate AI concepts and project statuses to non-technical stakeholders.

- Stay updated on AI trends and best practices, recommending new technologies as appropriate.

- Implement a culture of innovation within the IT and AI teams.

Qualifications:

- Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.

- Experience: 12+ years in IT with a focus on AI technologies and leadership experience managing AI teams and projects.

Skills:

- Expertise in AI tools and methodologies.

- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

- Ability to work cross-functionally and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred:

Knowledge of industry-specific AI applications.

Familiarity with AI regulatory and ethical considerations
