Job Purpose: IT-Business Analyst managing DMS, Tableau & PLCM (Project lifecycle Management System), GTO initiatives developments and overall technology requirements for the CPO functions including Planning, Procurement, Execution/Projects, Quality, Safety, Contracts, etc. SAP/SFDC knowledge will be an addon.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Conducting business requirement workshops with business teams and communicating feasibility of requirements
2. Integral & central role in finalization of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through business teams
3. Executing Tableau, DMS & PLCM related developments and implementation of the same through working with IT vendors and internal business teams
4. Coordinating with the Business Teams, M&M IT teams & Vendor IT teams to ensure timely and quality deliveries of IT solutions (Project Management)
5. Development and adoption of business Dashboards on the Tableau, DMS & PLCM platforms
6. Process enhancement through technology development across CPO functions including Planning, Procurement, Execution/Projects, Quality, Safety, Contracts etc
7. Interact with various business user groups to increase user adoption and helping them use the Tableau, DMS & PLCM platforms efficiently and effectively through training and refresher sessions
