Essential Skills for your mission:
- 5+ years of prior experience in MS Dynamics or NAV
- MS Dynamics or NAV coding experience in C/AL, C#/.Net
- The person is capable of configuring Promotions in LS Retail or any other POS
- Has proficiency in web services or REST based integration
- Optional - Has worked with SharePoint
Once you are here, you will:
- Work closely with the Lead-Navision for application development/rollout of LS Retail
- Be the technical SPOC for Tim Hortons to validate the features and solutions suggested by the Technology partners. Ensure that the right field mapping is in place for the concerned implementation
- Work closely with the rest of the Tim Hortons IT team to ensure appropriate Design (Functional and Technical), Testing and hence rollout of LS Retail and other applications closely integrated with LS Retail
- Post the rollout of LS Retail and related applications, be the SPOC for IT Support for all store (offline) related issues on a day to day basis
- Work closely with the IT head and Manager - IT to find the best possible technical solution to ensure stable operations
- Responsible to engage closely with partner teams to analyze and fix L1, L2 issues (primarily)
- Responsible for training or coordinating with the training partners to ensure that the store teams are informed about the required features. This might be required repeatedly during, post rollout of LS Retail as well as major Change Requests post rollout.
- Will be responsible for development during minor Change Requests and also be the SPOC for Tim Hortons for Design validation, testing of major Change Requests that will be handled by appropriate Technology partners.
