IT Manager Ent Apps - OM EMEAI - Only Diversity Candidate

Responsibilities : Focus on aftermarket services, SAP and global solutions. SBG have projects where IT solutions need to be designed and developed, IT business partner prioritizes business demand and requirements.

Requirements : Experience with aftermarket business process or solution delivery experience, 5 yrs of supervisory experience (mentoring, writing performance reviews, etc ). SAP experience within after market, aftermarket business knowledge

Team : 7-10 direct, and ~15 external resources- team based in Europe (Switzerland, UK, CZ) and India (Pune, Bangalore, Hyderbad)

Travel : 25% - project base travel (SW delivery space), meeting with project teams and customers. For 1st year or two there would be mainly Europe based projects, however this role has a global outreach.

This position will lead the EMEAI & APAC portion of the Order to Cash team within the Global Enterprise Apps organization for the Order Management, Services, and Aftermarket portfolio. The application responsibilities of this role includes Order to Cash solutions under the direction of the Order to Cash director.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying standard solutions across Company; ensuring 'best in class' ERP module processes are implemented; supporting implementation teams in their solution validation efforts; and ensuring one common process model is deployed across Company.

Key Responsibilities :

- Supporting the overall direction, vision, deployment and management for the SAP order to cash solution globally, across all SBGs, locations, and functions.

- Ensuring a common configuration of the IT Solutions are being deployed by external IT partners

- Supplier management and oversight for build activities.

- Providing timely and accurate follow up on identified business Gaps, including specification review/approval, testing, documentation and knowledge transfer.

- Manage resource team of 7-10 direct, and ~5 external resources

- Responsible for the build lifecycle for the order to cash portfolio - including the execution of detailed requirements, solutioning/design, construction, acceptance testing coordination, implementation, and change management (training)

- The technical owner of the IT solutions for the Order to Cash portfolio; serving as technical expert crafting and sourcing optimal business solutions bringing new ideas, opportunities, and literacy to enable long term success.

- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals; provide coaching and development, regular performance feedback, hiring and staffing, salary administration, and counsel team members in career development and team goal attainment.

Key Qualifications :

- A Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or Business-Related Discipline is preferred

- Minimum of 5 years of Supervisory Experience in SAP project or deployment environment

Other :

- Six Sigma DFSS Greenbelt certification or Black Belt Preferred

- Travel Approximately 10 - 25%

- At least seven to ten years prior SAP experience either as a consultant or lead with multiple full cycle implementation experience.

- Experience with the definition, development and testing of enhancements in the SAP space. Extensive and progressive IT experience supporting SAP applications, as well as experience working with multidisciplinary work teams globally including employees and suppliers (internal and preferred vendors)

- Experience with working in a combined in-source, co-source, out-source environment as a unified, global team and managing resources within this team

- The ability to partner with suppliers, business customers, and IT staff on cross-functional projects, and service improvements

- SAP Knowledge - have both a deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP

- The ability to translate business issues / requirements and objectives into technical solutions

- Strong knowledge of IT business processes and practices

- Skilled in partnering with internal customers at all levels to define problems, identify solutions, and facilitate change

- Skilled or proven ability to analyze complex problems and break them down into logical, actionable parts

- Strong interpersonal skills - effective listening and teaming

- Self-motivated, demonstrated bias for action

- The ability to be a change agent and promote positive change in the organization

- Excellent oral, written and collaborative communication skills, including executive level communications
