About The Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced IT Manager with expertise in managing IT operations, specifically within the broking/financial services industry.

This is a senior-level role that requires a candidate with in-depth knowledge of co-location services on the NSE Exchange.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the IT infrastructure, systems, and networks in alignment with organizational goals.

- Ensure optimal performance and availability of co-location services on the NSE Exchange.

- Lead IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.

- Provide strategic guidance for IT investments to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and security requirements specific to the broking industry.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT strategies with business needs.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to IT systems and applications promptly.

Mandatory Skills:

- Proven experience in managing IT operations in a broking firm.

- Expertise in co-location services on the NSE Exchange.

- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems relevant to the financial services domain.

- Familiarity with regulatory and security standards in the broking/financial sector.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications in IT management or financial technologies (e. , ITIL, CISSP, or equivalent) are a plus.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
