Job Description :
- Acts as a liaison between Business users, technical architects, application developers, etc. in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of IT systems.
- Facilitating the creation of Business Requirement Specifications Documents based on business user requirements.
- Analyses of the user requirements for new system design and/or enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users.
- Ensure proper project documentation by Tracking and documenting changes to functional and business specifications.
- Plan for user trainings.
- Must be able to manage vendor resources and track performance against defined SLAs.
- Identifies opportunities for improving business processes through information systems and/or non-system driver changes; assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes.
- Serve as the single point of contact for the business team and keep them regularly informed of progress on the project, through interaction with Project / Delivery Managers.
- Serve as the escalation point for all development issues specific to projects
